Pricing for Virtual Design is based on standard square or rectangular rooms and is limited to the following footprint. All requests in addition to the below listed will be reviewed by our team and are subject additional costs:

• Kitchen: 1-2 walls of cabinetry + 1 island or peninsula (Note that selection of appliances are not
  included in this package).
• Bathroom: 1 vanity wall, 1 standard shower, 1 toilet without enclosure

Maison J&J Inc. is not responsible for any measurements provided on their plans. All measurements must be verified by all contractors/trades involved in the project before any work is executed.

Maison J&J Inc. can provide 1 round of minor revisions (floor plans & wall elevations only). Revisions are based on dimensions only. Revisions to material selections are not included in this package. All requests for revisions must be submitted within 5 business days of delivery of the package.
